Year 10 Boys Football Team win County Cup!

Congratulations to our Year 10 Boys Football Team who defeated Parmiters School 5-0 in the County Cup Final on Wednesday to lift the Wix Senior Shield. Many thanks to Mr Dugan for this match report:

‘The first half started off fairly nervy but as the half moved on we started to enforce our presence and this led to us taking the lead through Josh Gunter, we continued to be the better side and doubled our lead just before half time from a goal from Gabriel Wilmshurst. In the second half we were the stronger team and we created many more chances which we were able to convert 3 times all through Josh Gunter. Matthew Craig picked up the man of the match award narrowly beating Josh Gunter to it. A great way to finish the football season off for the boys and a very well done to all players involved.’
