Author, Penny Joelson, visits DAOS!

On Wednesday 28th June we were delighted to welcome local author Penny Joelson who came to talk to students in their English lesson. Penny spoke about her book I Have No Secrets which was published in May, and has already had a fantastic reception with great reviews.

The Year 7 and 8 students really enjoyed Penny’s visit asked lots of interesting questions and were eager to buy a signed copy of the book. We are looking forward to Penny’s second visit in the last week of term.
