The OSA works to support our children’s school. Its committee of parents:

• organises several big fundraising events a year like quiz suppers and festivals
• provides refreshments at school plays, concerts, and parents’ evenings – over 40 events a year
• helps parents meet and get involved with the school community

We have a great committee of about 20 parents, but we always love to welcome new members. Meetings are usually held on the first Monday of every month during term time at 7:30 pm, with a representative from the Senior Leadership Team of the school. You are more than welcome to come along to a meeting before committing to joining us – new faces are always welcome. Just drop an email to one of our co-Chairs at [email protected]  to let us know you are coming. Meetings are held in the Old Library on the first floor of the main school building.

If you prefer not to be part of the committee but would still like to be involved, you would be welcome to help out by serving refreshments once or twice a year at one of the school’s events. Our refreshment rota always needs new volunteers! Email our Refreshments Co-ordinator at [email protected] for more details.

 We usually run 4-5 events each year which everyone is welcome to attend such as Quiz Nights, Race Nights and Summer Festivals.

• we run a 200 Club – £24 a year, just £2 per month, puts your name in the hat for 2 monthly prizes
• we encourage Matched Funding – large companies will match the money we raise. You just have to ask your employer!  More information about this can be found here
