Huge congratulations to Alex in Year 7 who has had a great year on the squash court.
Recently, he’s played in a number of England Squash national events and has had some great finishes including 5th place at the Newcastle Silver Open, 6th place at the Ipswich Silver Open, and 8th place at the Devon Silver Open. Alex finishes the season ranked 11th in the country in the U13 age category, and has another year left to target the top 10!
He is a member of the Middlesex County Squad and has represented Middlesex in Intercounty tournaments. He’s also been selected this year for the England Squash super regional coaching programme, and has represented the South of England in the ‘Battle of the Border’ competition.
Locally, Alex enjoys playing for Oakleigh Park squash club in the Middlesex Senior summer league, and taking part in his club’s internal box leagues and club nights.
