Information for those seeking a place at Dame Alice Owen’s Sixth Form
We have now opened applications for our Sixth Form as we may have some spaces available. If you would like to apply, please complete the form below and we will be in touch as soon as possible if we are able to offer you a place:
Please do not come into the school as everything is processed remotely at this stage.
Please Note: Offers are not on a first-come, first-served basis, however we will start looking at applications from Thursday 4:00 PM. Offers will be based on space availability and course combination compatibility.
